“Borgo Argiano is a Tuscan treasure! We were looking for a luxury stay on the Tuscan country side with high standard, own kitchen, pool and just a few rooms. Borgo Argiano is ticking all the boxes. some minor details are missing to reach absolute top class but easily compensated by Dario’s hospitality! Own production of oil and wine accompanied some fantastic dinners at the balcony with the Tuscan hills as a background. Next time we will go here with friends and family!”

“We all just loved it here! The hotel is situated on a hill overviewing beautiful Tuscan scenery on one side and Siena on the other. The view was magnificent, especially during the sunrise when fog would surround the lower hills. The place is run by two brothers who were both very welcoming and also excellent in English. “Wir haben alle große Gruppe 13 Tage im Farmhouse verbracht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, da das Haus perfekt ausgestattet ist für große Gruppen. Lorena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Das Haus ist das letzte auf dem Hügel. Der Blick ist wunderschön und macht es wieder gut das man 10 min in die Stadt fahren muss. Leider gibt ist sehr viele Mücken, also immer mit autan einsprühen und etwas Insektenspray in die Schlafzimmer sprühen um...

“La maison est tres bien située, tout prêt d’oliviers bicentenaires, dans un endroit très calme. Nous avons été accueillis à bras ouverts par Francesca et Saverio. Les pièces sont grandes et la maison est très propre. Si nous devions trouver un petit défaut ce serait sur l’équipement de cuisine. Par exemple il n’y avait que deux petites cuillères et pas d’égouttoir pour les pâtes ce qui est en comble en Italie . Mais ces petits désagréments n’ont pas altéré notre merveilleux séjour. ”

“Wonderful view all the way down to the sea in this large house. Large pool and plenty of space both in the garden and the house. Completely enclosed garden, perfect for us with dogs who could roam freely all day. Worth knowing, the house is very secluded. It's about a 25-minute drive to the nearest supermarket. The road is narrow and winding, so it takes longer than you might think. There are closer restaurants, but they all require a car as they are at least 6 km away. Marisa, the neighbor,...

“The stay was very pleasant, the room was very tidy and cosy. The view when waking up is breathtaking, as well as the whole place. Exactly as stated in the pictures. We were very welcomed by the host and you get a good breakfast. Would definitely come back again if I‘m in the area! Thank you very much for the stay!”

“Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem bezaubernden kleinen Häuschen verbracht. Im mit vielen Blumen und Olivenbäumen bepflanzten Garten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier kann man wirklich die Seele baumeln lassen. Tiziana ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist sehr gut geeignet für Ausflüge nach Siena, Radda und Castellina. Wir kommen gern wieder. ”

"It's difficult to navigate the narrow streets of Montalcino with a car, but the village is well worth it. The hotel is small and the staff very friendly. The view over the landscape from our room (towards the north-east) was breathtaking. No dinner, but a very good breakfast buffet with excellent coffee. The village is good for a few walks, but perhaps even better as a base for excursions; we took a day in Siena. Restaurants are better value than in the larger cities."

"Pienza is a small picturesque town located in the middle of the wonderfully beautiful Tuscan countryside. Well worth a visit!! It takes about 1 hour from Siena by car and the journey there is very beautiful. The hotel is absolutely wonderful with fantastic views of Tuscany. It is quiet and peaceful and breakfast was taken with a wonderful view and was great. The staff very nice and friendly can clearly recruit this hotel."
