We felt mislead by previous reviews. This hotel is a very low budget facility. There were customers with dogs standing outaide of the entrance that should have been our first warning. Dogs barked at us from inside guest rooms as we walked pass them from the front deak to our room.
The room was smelly and outdated. The smell of previous guests with pets greeted us as we opened the door. The vinyl floor pieces had numbers written on them in permanent marker. We assume that the numbers were there to mark their position on the floor due to a previous issue.
The shower had mold in it behind the permanent shower fixtures (wash clothe rack, soap and shampoo dispensers and shower curtain rack). The floor also felt soft under our feet.
On the positive side, the staff seemed friendly and the bathroom linens were nice and thick/heavy. The a/c worked very well and we turned it way down to keep the pet odor down.
Luckily, we were only there for a very short stay. We arrived around midnight and hit the road by 8:00. We skipped the breakfast because of what we had witnessed in the rooms.
Overall we were extremely disappointed in this hotel. If you need a quick rest to revive on a long road trip I would suggest sleeping in the car instead of this place.
