“This rental is one of the best on the market. If you have not stayed at The Seagate, you should really look at it for your next trip to St. Simons. Everything that you need is within walking distance with a beautiful beach with access point right at your front door. The view from our room of the ocean was amazing to wake up to everyday and listen to the ocean waves every night. The evenings were spectacular to watch the sun set over the water. ”

“Our stay at SSI was great! Shipwatch is an older property but met our needs. The beach was never crowded, the pool was always clean, and parking was easy to find. Bring a beach cart because it is a bit of a walk if you are hauling things to the beach with you. Ben was a great host! ”

“Cute little cottage. Nicely decorated. Location was Peaceful & Quiet. Well equipped home, comfortable bed and spacious shower with plenty of hot water. Bicycle path close by. ”

“The pool and hot tub on this property are awesome. The distance to the beach was longer than expected especially since the condominium is ocean front. Limited view of the ocean from our condo. The owner was wonderful with communications ensuring the condo was up to standard. Enjoyed our stay and would rent again if returned to the area. ”

“The home was beautiful and immaculate! We loved the beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and the rest of the amenities this place came with. Having the pool was a bonus! We would love to come back and stay at this home again! At Simons Island is so special.”

“House was absolutely fantastic. Nice to find houses where each bedroom has its own bathroom. Kitchen had all necessary items with extra large fridge. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace for cocktails in the evening. Will definitely look at booking this property if we find our way back to the island. Mary was extremely helpful and available. OBTW, the elevator works just fine as long as you follow the directions. Thanks Mary, our family had a great time.”
