âThe resort is beautiful! I loved being right on the beach, and all the pools being heated was a huge plus.
Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely frustrating, especially considering the cost of the stay. Early check-in isnât allowed before 4 PM, and even after arriving early and waiting for hours, our two-bedroom villa still wasnât ready. That really took away from the day.â

âMy first trip to Myrtle Beach has been wonderful! Dong Shirley, Michelle, Leo, and the entire housekeeping crew have been fantastic. Iâm truly enjoying my stay here at the Embassy, but I wanted to let you know about a few maintenance items in Room 2001. In the bathroom, the toilet isn't flushing properly and the bowl feels loose. The tub drain is also acting up, and the closet handle is a bit shaky.
