“Supertrevlig personal, rent och smidig check-in trots att vi landade efter 00:00. Dock funkade inte minikylen på rummet och IOM de varma temperaturerna så var vi i behov av kall dryck. ”

“Breakfast was a disaster!! Table seating ,slow ,you could only select from a menu and were only allowed a "starter" that was small and one "main". Not mix anything from the menu and if you had choosen fried eggs on toast and asked for a small croissant ,you could not have that,not any extra such as a extra glass of juice. Not serviceminded. For the price you pay for the breakfast, it is a rip off . If you want breakfast, choose another hotel.”

“Visiting family in area hence decision to stay here. Nice, very clean room. Lovely outdoor heated pool on top floor - just wasnt the right season for a swim and unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of action/maintenance during our stay. Would stay again!”

“Everything was great, except the pillows. My wife and I both slept directly on the mattress, they were just so lumpy. All hotels should just buy latex. The best!! Received an upgrade (really only to have a very small balcony, which was about a metre wide. Also got late check out because it was my birthday). They would have got a 10 out of 10 were it not for the pillows. We would stay again and take our own. 😊”

“Room was exceptionally clean, staff were friendly and efficient. Excellent gym and pool, comfortable bed. A few condiments, salt pepper, small amount of oil etc would have been appreciated. Lack of instant coffee ( not everone likes pods), no herbal teas and no option other than dairy milk was disappointing. Terrific hotel, magnificent location.”
