“A little of attention to detail to make this cottage feel like it still belongs to the 19th century, but full of luxurious like a big spa bath, coffee machine, hidden away tv, super luxurious bed and bedding, reasonably priced drinks in the fridge, and a beautiful spots out front and to the rear to enjoy the beautiful gardens and the quiet surroundings. “This property is special. The house (B) is uniquely decorated. I have never seen such attention to detail in house interior design. It was warm and spacious and easily walkable to town. Would stay again and recommend it to others. The breakfast was also very good. ”

“This Kingston home is in a quiet neighborhood located a throws distance from Hobart. Home was immaculate and very comfortable. We were a grp of 4 friends in 40’s - 60’s. “My husband, our dog, and I stayed one night in this cottage and absolutely loved it. We had our privacy, but could easily contact host if needed. Once checked in we had our own private exit/entry. The cottage was very clean, beautiful designed, and the little touches left for guests by the host were very much appreciated. We were so sad we only booked it for a night. “The house is close to the Sandy Bay shops and restaurants and many of Hobart's iconic places. It has everything you need. For us, the bed was a little too firm but our son found the bed in the second bedroom very comfortable, so a matter of personal taste. The host was very accommodating.”

We thought if we had been tourists staying in the Huon we would have expected some lovely local produce. Instead it was just Coles brand items. There’s a small local grocery shop just down the street, and it also sells petrol in case your car runs low. Great quiet location and a very neat and comfortable lodge. “Easy access and lovely location with wallabies visiting morning and evening. Well equipped kitchen and pantry was an absolute bonus. Two bedrooms with queen beds and one also included bunks so great for larger families. Great hot shower and reverse cycle heater and wood heater with plenty of cut wood available. 10 / 10 - thank you for making this place available. Loved staying here.”
