“The cabin was beautiful nestled in the woods with an open floor plan. The bathroom shower was huge with a steam room. The bedroom was cozy with a fireplace (didn't use). The cabin is located to nearby hiking with beautiful waterfalls. ”

“Location was great, nice small neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay. Will likely book here again, we frequently come to the area and have a few locations that we like....this stay is now on that list.”

“Everything was perfect except the uncomfortable road they had to access the cabin, a 4x4 vehicle is required, especially if it is raining.”

“My husband and I visited the Firefly to celebrate our marriage and we had a lovely time. It’s the perfect place to cozy up with a good book near the fire. We also brought our dog, and she probably had more fun than we did running around the yard. Overall, a great stay and we would absolutely come back. My only suggestion would be getting some new cooking utensils because the ones provided are a bit melted and chipping.”

“Overall a beautiful place to stay with family. Had a few issues with appliances, but was reimbursed fairly for lack of use. ”

“The cottage has lots of extras that aren’t usually provided at rentals. If you’ve forgotten anything chances are it’s here! We especially enjoyed the convenience of being close to the activities we most wanted to do.”

“Oh we fell in love with the Cabin immediately, the location is great, and the drive to the cabin just GORGEOUS with Scottish Highland cows and beautiful Lucy green rolling fields to look at with a pristine little mountain creek along the way. The mimosa tree by the house was in FULL bloom, along with the Hibiscus, hosta and day lily blooms creating a gorgeous backdrop for the cabin! We especially enjoyed watching the fireflies from the hot tub in the evening. This location is central to...

“Amazing historic cabin on a great property. There is a rec room, laundry, and firepit all within a short walking distance. Also TWO trails on site. We travel a ton and this cabin had the best “notebook” of anywhere we have stayed. To a of local information, cool history of the cabin, and helpful tips for this historical space! The only thing to be cautious of is the only bed is up a ladder style staircase that is very steep. They note this in the listing, so it wasn’t a huge surprise but...

“This property is very clean and perfect for a family getaway to the mountains. I give this property 5-Stars because it was tremendous value and met trip needs perfectly. The house is close to Cherokee and to several white-water rafting companies on the Nantahala River. One thing to note: be prepared to be unplugged. I loved it, but it took a minute for my wife and kids to accept that there is no internet or ATT cell service. No emails, no phone calls, no texts. Perfect for me, but maybe not...

“We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this gorgeous cabin by the creek and waterfall. I can't say enough about the coziness of this little slice of Heaven in Bryson City. It was spotless, homey and just the perfect getaway spot. We can't wait to go back gain.”
