“I tried to book a hotel through the app, but it kept glitching and I had to switch back and forth between the app and my browser. When the booking finally went through, I received a check-in email and realized the date was wrong. I contacted both customer care and the reception, but neither would change the booking by one day or offer a refund.
As a result, I lost my money because of a faulty booking process. On the bright side, I discovered another place to stay. which I'll be using from now...

“Second time we visit this place on our way to France. Room was excellent. Corner family room with two twin beds and a bed sofa. We arrived at 20:00 so we did not enjoy the spa or any of the other things available. We ate dinner in the restaurant, food is ok. Breakfast is great, you have a lot of choices.
Two negatives: the floor in the room is covered with carpet. Difficult to keep the carpet clean and for it to feel hygienic. The toilet has a glass door so you hear everything and you see the...

“We had a fantastic stay at Cardo Brussels and would happily return. The hotel is modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the city.
The location is excellent, with many of Brussels’ main attractions within walking distance, as well as easy access to public transport.
The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food with something for everyone. It...

10/10 Utmärkt
We enjoyed our stay at Pullman Centre Midi. It felt very luxurious, from the lobby to the hotel room. We also felt very safe because they have a ”guard”, a person who sits in the lobby and makes sure that no unauthorized people enter etc. We also had to check out at 4am and it made us feel safe that there was staff in the reception who unlocked the doors for us. The rooms were clean and soundproof. The staff were nice and hospitable. The proximity to the trainstation was very nice. There were...
