The Space:
Step inside our overly spacious 1 bedroom home, featuring an open kitchen, one bathroom, a wide hallway + balcony overlooking the Cismigiu park entrance.
Our home has been designed for both long term stays as well as short. Hereâs an overview:

- Balcony access for enjoying your morning coffee outside.
- AC unit covering the entire living area.

- 43 inch TV for your viewing pleasure including Netflix access.

- Large walk in shower for a comfortable experience.
- Blow dryer and a full range of toiletries offered.
- Washing machine + clothes rack.
Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to the apartment during their stay, with the only exception of a small storage area marked âStaff Onlyâ, used by our team. Depending on the circumstances (e.g. emergencies, parties or complaints from neighbours), there may be times where our team requires entry into the home, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable. Our team will do our best to communicate any such events in advance.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located right in the heart of the city, next to Cismigiu Park, Sala Palatului & Universitate. Within a 10 minute radius are over 100 restaurants, clubs and pubs, plus many shops. Walk in nearby Cismigiu Park, one of the city's most beautiful open spaces.
Getting Around:
Very close to the apartment, at Sala Palatului, you will find a multitude of ways of transportation. Bus, Taxis and more. More important, you will find that everything is very close, Cismigiu Park, museums & lots of amazing restaurants.
Other Things to Note:
âą Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features a video doorbell outside of the apartment.
âą We require that each reservation contains the correct number of guests, either staying for the entire length of the stay or part of it. Penalties may apply otherwise.
⹠Any undisclosed high-traffic activities (e.g. visits from multiple non-registered guests, commercial use or gatherings) will be charged at full occupancy rate for the entire stay, plus any additional costs if applicable. Failure to comply may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
âą We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home, if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space.
âą If you require the use of the extendable couch during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary bedding. Since this is prepared only upon request, last-minute notices may not guarantee availability of linens.
âą If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.
âą Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID, as required by law, in accordance with art. 3, paragraph D of law nr. 237 from 2001 regarding guest access and registration in touristic structures.
