“Location was excellent. Room was ideal, staff were very polite and very helpful. Nice continental breakfast.”

“decent place to spend the night”

“Upton house requires a tidy up. The garage lean-to was a bit unsightly.”

“When I eventually managed to check in I found that my room smelt funny. The windows were open so I guessed that the smell may have come from the outside. “I had a very nice recently refurbished room, which was quiet despite being near the Summertown shops, Lovely staff,, thanks a lot,”

“Avoid this place and save your money for something better. Family member of host living at property making loud noise all morning. Bathroom was disgusting, wasn’t able to have a wash. No parking as advertised only on 2 roads away.”
