âAfter a warm welcome and really full service help concerning an early train ride the following morning I got upgraded to a suite.
Everything was in excellent condition and the staff attentive and professional. The breakfast was a dream and all egg dishes made to order, served on a hot plate. Included in the breakfast price. The machine making fresh orangejuice have to be my personal favorite. â

âI have visited this hotel several times. Dispite that the rooms can be very small and there is no air conditioning, I really like it. The location is good, close to the main shopping street and to the subway. And nice walkingdistance to the old town. The staff is always helpful and there is a nice bar by the reception. I will come back next time in DĂŒsseldorf.â

"Very bad experience . First had to wait for 3 hours while room is getting ready andThe room was having urine on carpet and smelly had to downgrade the room. Didnât got what i paid for."
"It was a long wait for the check-in and the young lady doing it did most of the things wrong. No one even asked to help with the luggage despite the fact that there was a staircase to the room and I had a big suitcase. The room looked dated, had a view over the fans on the yard and most of the lamps were unplugged and I had to crawl on the floor to put them in. The lock did not work so housekeeping and other staff came in 5 times when trying to dress. Next time, I will select another hotel in DĂŒsseldorf. This was a sad experience."
