“We had a good time visiting the area & theme parks with 3 of our grandkids. We had plenty of space in the house for the 5 of us. Loved being able to do laundry along the way! Owner provided laundry soap, DW soap (I tend to forget to bring that!!), shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Nice touch to have that provided—Thank you Updated floors & counter tops—very nice (& clean). The double/twin bunk was great for the kids (& they said it was comfortable). The streaming channels were easy to use on...

“Our family had a wonderful stay at Jimmy's place. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was a great fit for our needs and made our trip relaxing and enjoyable.Jimmy was a thoughtful and responsive host, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. We really appreciated the hospitality and enjoyed our time here. Thank you, Jimmy, for helping make our trip such a positive experience!”

“It’s a small room mostly for sleeping the outside patio is a great touch comes with a few chairs couch and tables there’s also grill ,washer, and dryer outside. The lighting at night isn’t very good there’s also an umbrella for shade. Comes with a complete kitchen the fridge is also large. Bathroom is nice and there’s also a large closet next door. Area is a nice neighborhood and there is plenty of stores and restaurants nearby walking distance. Never had any issue parking in street there was...

“Great location for disney trips, great host communication and house was as nice as advertised. Will use again”

“Close to Disneyland. We traveled with our adult children and grandchildren. Plenty of space. Our 2-year old granddaughter loved the children’s books. The snack basket and other goodies were very thoughtful, especially for the little ones. We hope to visit again.”

“The house was a great size for our family and close to everything. Highly recommended staying here!”

“Eh. The property was definitely not exquisite. It was mostly good but these things made it less than ideal: there was always a “gardener” in the backyard each day making it unusable (and we didn’t get any notification that there’d be someone on the property every day), the trundle bed couldn’t be pulled out and there was a crib in the same room making it super tight, water pressure in the showers was real low, the AC didn’t keep the temp consistent and the working fridge was in the living room.”

“Clean and beautiful home! Close to many amenities! Disney, sports!Host was very good about check in/ check out times and quick to respond about any questions Would stay here again for sure!”

“Horrible stains surprisingly discovered on the bedroom mattress when sheets were removed. Appearance of clean and modern condition ruined by chemical stains on kitchen towels and bathroom floor. Outdoor areas had full trash cans with dried yard debris, apparently left a long time.”

“Place was comfortable and easy access to everything.”

“Just as advertised.clean and comfortable. Thank you”

“Superhost indeed! We had an issue with the front door code late at night and were hesitant to call the host because of the hour. To our surprise, he answered after just one ring and immediately helped us resolve the problem. Within minutes, we were able to get into the house. Excellent communication, quick response, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!”

“Host was very helpful and was prompted with communication and assistance. Great stay for the family with kids.”

“Really peaceful area, and the host Maria was good with communication and answering any questions I had. The bed was fantastic — much better than any hotel bed I’ve been in. Has a TV, Keurig, microwave, and decent dresser/closet space. Great South Central location to explore LA.”

“Host was welcoming. Place was great for our group.”
