Clean & comfortable home near hot springs, wedding venues & downtown Buena Vista

The Blue House is approximately 4 minutes from downtown Buena Vista and has easy access to Cottonwood Pass, both Mt. Princeton and Cottonwood Hot Springs, local Drive-In movie theater, hiking trails, rafting, horseback riding, fishing and many other outdoor adventures to be found in Buena Vista.

The property is near Cottonwood Creek and the sounds of the creek can be heard from the back yard from late May-end of the summer season (we do not have direct access to the creek). It is not unusual to see wildlife, primarily deer, down by the creek and in surrounding areas. Expansive views of the beautiful Sawatch mountain range, framed by 14,000 foot Mt. Princeton are highlighted from the property. Additionally, the property has a large driveway with ample space for parking (and a lot of space for easy turn around for larger vehicles or trailers). The driveway and location is perfect for your ATV or snowmobile trailers!

The home is conveniently located just off of the Main Street in Buena Vista, so it is close to all of your adventures and very close to many of popular wedding venues, particularly the Barn at Sunset Ranch.

This Blue House is a wonderful fit for a family or couples. It has modern amenities and appliances in the kitchen, and is stocked with essential supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, linens, soaps, and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc.) . There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, an en-suite full bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

BATHROOMS
There are 2 full bathrooms in the home. One is located near the third bedroom of of the kitchen and the other is located in the main bedroom (en-suite).

Our bathrooms are stocked with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is stocked with cookware and everything you need to prepare your meals. We provide salt & pepper, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and trash bags. The kitchen table seats 4 and the island provides an additional 6 seats.

FAMILY ROOM
The family room includes two leather sofas, a chair & ottoman and a large flat screen TV. Guests may use the smart TV to log into their personal streaming accounts.

LAUNDRY ROOM/MUDROOM
The laundry room/mudroom has a washer & dryer. Detergent is provided. We also provide an iron & board for our guests.

Guests have access to the entire 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home, including the washer & dryer.

Guests do not have access to the garage or the basement/crawl space.

Guests also do not have direct access to the creek. The creek can be seen and heard from the property, but it is not on our property.

No smoking, no pets.
