“Amazing little private place. Love the outdoor kitchen and shower. Short walk to little town with about 4 restaurants so not much choices. Bring your food and drinks if you want anything else as there is t much here. We never locked our doors. Super safe to walk around. Beaches to explore are absolutely amazing. Junior has everything you need for the beach and snorkelling. Superb. Super comfy beds and great wifi. So quiet and peaceful. ”

“Great location. Close to town and the beach. It’s nice to have the hotel property right next door with restaurants, etc. The property is small but, quaint. The kitchen is not ideal for cooking as it’s very dark. The air conditioning was not the coolest, though that’s a building issue, others we met had the same issue. ”

“I do a Meditation retreat every summer. This place was perfect. It’s about 200 yards to the sandy beach, and walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. No need for a vehicle. The bed is really comfortable, and there are plenty of places to sit and meditate. The kitchen is well equipped, and the knives are actually sharp. Nice and quiet. ”

“We had a very nice stay at Casa Patricia. Really enjoyed that it was far enough away from the hub-bub of Los Barriles but close enough to get to in a matter of minutes (as long as you have some transportation). The Casa was very clean and had all the amenities (kitchen tools and appliances, bathroom, bedding, etc,.) that we needed! I would stay there again!”

“This is a very comfortable home with everything you would need. The view from the rooftop patio at sunrise is worth waking up for, although sunrise on the beach is worth waking up ten minutes sooner! The private pool is so nice, and the outdoor shower after walking the beach is such a nice amenity. Inside, the two bedrooms with bathrooms are on opposite sides of the living room and kitchen area, which is perfect when sharing the home with an adult son. We loved that we could walk one direction...

“A really nice house to base a family trip , lots of room for a small child to wander around. Very quiet and well equipped kitchen. Nice Mexican decor. Appreciated secure yard so stray dogs couldn't get in. Good communication with property manager. Need a car or transport as just a touch too far to walk with a small child but good restaurant close by. Thanks ! ”
