We found the casita a little warm for sleeping without AC, so we all ended up staying in the main house. It really depends on your comfort level without AC. Unfortunately, it suffers from some issues that the owner cannot solve - there are no electrical outlets in the very small bathrooms, hot water does not reach one of the bathrooms causing daily cold showers, and cellular service at this location is poor.
