“We decided to rent this quaint renovated home in Springfield for our anniversary./Easter weekend. It's in walking distance of the Pythian Castle which we enjoyed the history tour, ghost tour with ghost pics to prove it and their officer lockdown which was tough but fun. Lots of restaurants, felt safe, love the house.”

“Pulling into the neighborhood, we immediately had concerns. Unfortunately, those concerns were confirmed as soon as we entered. This property looked nothing like the listing photos or prior reviews.Cleanliness was a serious issue. The half bath had clearly not been cleaned, the floors throughout the house were filthy, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor.
