“The hosts were so kind and the bnb was gorgeous. Bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious. They had a fan available which was needed for how hot it has been. Breakfast was delicious and more than generous portions with a variety of options. Walkable to bars, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Lovely cosy two room b&b with very welcoming and friendly hosts. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you need for your stay whether it be short or long. The breakfasts are exceptional, a full English or amazing home made fluffy pancakes just two of the choices. If we go to any of the surrounding areas in the future, Toms of Tregaron will be the first place we contact in the hope of securing a room.”

“I was going to visit the Brecon Mountain Railway and I needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. Luckily, I chose the Butchers Arms. The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. The beer was wonderful especially the Butty Bach (little friend in Welsh). ”

Rooms perfect with en suite and views when sat outside were amazing. Loved watching the red kites . Central to all walking spots and hosts were friendly and nothing wasnt too much trouble for them. ”

Breakfast was unusual, being continental, but excellent and more than enough. It is very quiet in the evening, especially sat outside on the communal patio area. I would definitely recommend it.”
