The ground floor welcomes you into a generous living and dining room of 45 m2, elegantly appointed and filled with natural light, with direct access to both the terrace and the garden. A separate WC is also located on this level. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, also offering access to the garden and terrace. On the upper floor, the 3 bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and privacy. The first bedroom features 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, air conditioning, and access to a balcony of 2 m2. The second bedroom includes a dressing room and 2 single beds of the same dimensions of 80 cm by 200 cm, also benefiting from air conditioning. The third bedroom is fitted with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, its own private bathroom with bath and WC, air conditioning, and direct access to a roofed terrace of 10 m2.
