“The Hotel charged me an additional 5 M Ringit per night saying the it was additional state taxes I felt this was UNETHICAL since the rates include ALL LOCAL TAXES other the authorised Taxes By right I should be refunded the total amount of 10 M Ringitt charged Except for the Front Office Manager who was very nice to me when I protested against unfair charge and did his best to salvage The initial charge quoted by the front office staff was but was brought down by him substantially saying...

“少し施設は古いと感じました。とはいえ、ベッドで虫に食われることもなく、シャワーからしっかりとお湯が出ました。セキュリティの面では、部屋にいる時、自動でロックがされないので、注意が必要です。”

“For the price it offered a comfortable and convenient no frills stay. All the basics but no amenities. Meanwhile, everything you need is within walking distance, so easy to get. Very friendly staff, eager to please. I would stay again.”

“Overall ok and comfortable for 4 person vs price.”

“Great hotel, strategic location, polite and friendly staff. I will recommend this hotel to others.”

Swimming pool was over run with kids. Food ( buffet breakfast )was average. I would give this place a miss and stay somewhere else closer to KLIA where we had to catch a flight from. ”

“Clean and comfortable ”
