It is well located with only a short flat walk to local shops (cafes, small grocery store, pharmacy, some retail & Bottle Shop). House is clean & modern. 4 bedrooms & a bathroom on the ground level. 1 bed & bathroom upstairs with the living area & kitchen. Would stay again. ”

“We loved our short stay at Katandra and didn't want to leave. The homestead is full of warmth and character, with the open kitchen/dining/lounge area, fire place and the wrap around verandah being the focal points for us. We also rented the separate cottage, also with a great view of the farm and the lake. Our dogs were kept comfortable with wide open space and fenced enclosure when needed. The wood fired pizzas are a must do for this property. We highly recommend this property for those...
