“Mitchell’s place is phenomenal, everything inside is well taken care of. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was great size. Space of this cottage was amazing. Features a big open kitchen. Both mini splits were great. Kept the place nice and cool during some of the hottest days of the summer. The parking super easy. HIGHLY recommend. Look forward to staying here again.L!!”

It is located next to the boat ramp, but with a nice tree windbreak inbetween there is privacy and not noisy. Tommy is a super host with great communication! We will want to stay here again when we are back in Northern Arkansas! All in all a perfect stay!”

The front door handle was not working and when I let the owner know someone came to fix it same day! The 6th...

“We had a wonderful stay was such a peaceful experience enjoyed watching the cows made it feel like home. Great communication, very clean, the host went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would really enjoy staying again as we plan to continue visiting our daughter and her family.”
