Stora och lyxiga Lakefront Home, 10 sovplatser

Ta med den utvidgade familjen att bo på vårt spridande 4 sovrum, 3 badkar sjön hemma. Hemmet har en täckt uteplats och stor däck med fantastisk utsikt över Palestina-sjön, plats för 12, och en grill. Gå några steg nedför stenvägen till den inbyggda eldstaden för nattetid. Fortsätt gå till båthuset, komplett med en glidlift för din båt, en sol- / badplattform och en fiskrengöringsstation. Det är en perfekt plats för att njuta av en solig dag eller ta en nattfiske.

Insidan av huset är lika inbjudande som utsidan. Det finns fyra sovrum, vardera med en king size-säng. Befälhavaren är på baksidan av huset för att maximera utsikten över sjön. Den har en egen TV och ett bifogat badkar med ett stort badkar och separat dusch. Utanför befälhavaren är ett vardagsrum med en drottning i queen-size. Det finns en andra befälhavare på framsidan av huset också med en egen TV och ett bifogat badkar med en dusch badkar combo. Det finns ytterligare två sovrum av bra storlek som delar ett komplett badrum med en badkar med duschkombo.

Köket är fullt utrustat med alla apparater, en kaffestation, ett komplett komplement med köksredskap och ett brett urval av kryddor. Det öppnar till en matsal
med plats för 12. På ena sidan av matsalen finns ett bekvämt vardagsrum med en 60-tums TV utrustad med direkt-TV. På andra sidan är ett litet hölje med en annan TV och dörr som tar dig ut till trädgården och till befälhavaren.

Huset ligger i ett lugnt område vid sjön Palestina med enkel tillgång till södra Tyler-restauranger, shopping och sevärdheter.

Detta hem kan också hyras tillsammans med bostaden bredvid. De två bostäderna rymmer upp till 24 personer.

July 4th/Anniversary Weekend

Amazing house in an amazing neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It was spacious & well worth the cost. We had a relaxing, fun weekend & the host was very attentive to our needs, very friendly & quick to respond. We would definitely book this house again.

We enjoyed our stay at this lake house. We were a family of 7 and were very comfortable. The house was clean, the amenities were nice. We swam and fished off the dock and used the provided kayaks. Communication with management was excellent.

Memorial Day traditions

Fishing Trip 2025

This is a wonderful house that exceeded our expectations! We had a reunion of sorts, it was a fishing trip for old college buddies, some that haven't seen each other in about 20 years! Sat on the dock, having a drink, fishing, and reminiscing!! We will definitely plan a return trip, as the property provided plenty of space and all varieties of entertainment. Thanks for letting us visit.

Yearly outing with friends and family

We try and find a place each year that has 4 or 5 bedrooms that will sleep 5. This was the perfect place. We needed 3 bathrooms which this house also could accommodate. Back porch looked over the Lake which provided for relaxing evenings. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our meals. Would definitely consider going back.

Thanksgiving weekend

The house was very comfortable for our group and we enjoyed our stay. The pictures on Vrbo must have been taken a while ago though because they do not accurately show the condition of the house and property. There were quite a few items outside that our toddlers and dogs could get into that were not safe. Broken grill, umbrella and a lot of things in the shed that was not locked.

Anniversary getaway

We have stayed here before 3 years ago. It was nice to come back to a familiar area! We love morning coffee on the back porch and watching sunset sky in the evening. This time we went into Jacksonville and had fun exploring. One evening we drove to Palestine for a great dinner at Queen Street Grille in the historic Redlands Hotel.

Weekend at the lake

Christmas Family Reunion

Great location and home to bring our family together to celebrate Christmas. We came from 4 different states with some coming as far as Arizona, Nevada and South Carolina. The host even decorated the home for Christmas which was a really nice touch! We had a great week!

Wonderful property

This property was perfect for our three couples, nothing is overlooked here, they have thought of everything that you might want or need during your stay. Johanna, her sons and Mary were extremely responsive and helpful. We had a problem with the coffee pot, they immediately replaced it with a brand new one. We spent lots of time on the covered patio, played games in the game room, the Wi-Fi was great, TV in almost every room, even a USB port for chargers. The kitchen was well appointed, everything was neat and clean, even the outside grill was clean! The view of the water is so peaceful, many birds and squirrels to watch. Overall a lovely property, we can't wait to return!

Spring Break

It was a beautiful home with all the amenities you could want. The boat dock with a lift was great to get out on the water quickly. Plenty of space for the 8 of us to feel like we had our own space. Can’t wait to go back.

Fun times!!

We had so much fun with our friends this weekend. This house didn’t have a pool but our friends had rented the house next door that had the pool! This house is very spacious and a great little get away. We also loved the smaller space off of the house, like a man cave!! Our secret hideaway!!

Relaxing Memorial Day Weekend

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend with our 2 dogs and another couple. The house was a great setup for our group, inside and outside. The lake access was perfect - we fished, kayaked, and swam in the lake off the dock. The house was well stocked - kitchen and grill supplies, games, lanterns, toiletries, firewood, ice maker, extra drink fridge, dog water bowls. I tend to overpack and hardly used anything I brought. There is a Dollar General less than 10 minutes away, a Valero 15 minutes away that sells minnows/bait, and the best donut store next door to Valero. One tip - we zip tied the gates on the fenced backyard. Our dogs were able to push the gate open. They were also able to slip around the end of the fence at the water to visit the neighbors. It is very secure, just keep an eye out for your animals as a responsible owner. The neighborhood and lake were quiet for a Memorial Day weekend. It was a perfect, relaxing time; exactly what we needed! We will visit again and bring our boat next time!

Great place

Our entire family stayed and enjoyed boating and fishing. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The only negative thing is the neighborhood has a lot of big dogs that roam freely and use the front yard. There was an abundance of dog poo in the front yard when we arrived. My BIL picked up a LOT. If you bring a dog, beware and keep it leashed if you go for a walk.
