“We loved this little lakeside getaway. It is a fantastic space with great waterfront access, including a great fishing dock. The hot tub was wonderful and the covered outdoor patio was a great place to unwind and enjoy the view of the lake! We loved the greeter "Blue" who helped make sure we were enjoying our stay!! The only downside was that the mattress was not comfortable but otherwise the space was just what we needed for a weekend to unwind. ”

“Wanted to tey a tiny home for a few days and this was perfect. Very quiet. We didn't have time to explore in nature as we had busy schedule. Would absolutely stay here. Brought a laptop to watch a little tv late nights. We learned a few lessons on what we might want from a tiny house and had a great time doing it. Communication was great. ”

“Fish were biting and the view was beautiful! We had a wonderful time just fishing off the pier and spending time together! The house is wonderful and has everything we needed! Looking forward to a return trip soon! Hollie was great to work with! ”

“Our families 6th time back at Pelican Point so that pretty much sums it up. We visited another property last year, just for something different and everyone in our group said they wanted to go back. When we got there this time my son said “the place last year was fun, but this place is fun and it feels like home! We love it so much!”

“Bird Cottage was just big enough and the hosts are very personable. No complaints whatsoever.”

“Perfect set up. The bunk rooms are in the attached “boathouse”. Boys loved having “their own house”. Fire pit is on a cement patio, which was very nice. Gas grill was great. Huge back porch, two docks to fish and overall very nice house in a great neighborhood only 5 min from the grocery store. Loft stairs are steep so watch your step. Huge grassy area to play and very friendly people in the community. ”

“We had a great time here! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for the weekend. Easy lake access just a couple of minutes away was a bonus. The house itself was comfy, with plenty of space to hang out, cook meals, and relax.The host was friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. We’d come again. bacagain!”

“Perfect for two but will accommodate four. Super nice little cottage equipped with everything you need right down to the salt and pepper. Communication with the host was timely and pleasant and the property was even nicer than the pictures indicate! Full kitchen,two A/C units and an awesome view of the lake. Caught some fish right off the dock. Two TV's in the main cottage and one in the detached room, also with a washer and dryer.My wife and I plan to come back here soon! Book it. You won't be...

“We were in town for a funeral so this was a great place to gather family and be able to spend time together. The beds were so incredibly comfortable when we retired for the evening. During the rest of the time, the living area is all about togetherness! We appreciated the ability to all be able to sit around the dinner table and reminisce and celebrate our loved one’s life! We also loved the backyard and appreciated the beautiful view from the pool and hot tub.”

“I feel like so often the descriptions for things are misleading! People use language to describe things in a better light than they actually are. This was NOT the case with this stay. Everything was delightful, above and beyond. Things were beautiful, clean, and intentional. We really enjoyed our stay, and the hosts were super accommodating. If my husband and I ever get a night or two away from our kids again, we will surely be back! ”
