For a closer look at the surrounding greenery, take the kayaks for a spin on the water. This home will have plenty of room for the whole family or your closest group of friends, as three levels divide the bedrooms and living spaces in a way that will give everyone their own piece of paradise.

The lower floor is home to the first bedroom and an office that will come in handy for those that need to get remote work done. The mid-level will be the hub for entertaining with a wonderful full kitchen, a large living area with ample seating, and a dining table perfect for gathering for meals or game nights. Speaking of game nights, bring the group together to play a competitive game of foosball together, some board games, or pool on your own pool table. A second bedroom and bathroom are also on this floor. When it is time to hit the hay, three more bedrooms are upstairs including the main suite boasting an attached bath! We think you are due for that long-awaited vacation, so make your way to this wooded wonder today!

There are three kayaks, three stand-up paddleboards, a paddle boat, a pool table, and a foosball table available for guest use.Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).The fireplace is not for guest use.A full-size fridge is in the kitchen, a mini fridge is in the basement as well as a fridge in the garage for guest use.Other areas of Lake Anna may be impacted by a potentially harmful algal bloom during certain times of the year. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
