“Tidy and clean place tucked in off ocean drive, great location. Unfortunately the AC wasn't working downstairs (we were notified of this on the day of arrival) and this would not have been an issue (lovely ocean breeze) if we could get all the windows open... which we could not ( some just not all). Other than that. Cute court yard. parking for 3 cars if you need. Worth a stay!”

“It is an older property in a suburban street, so different to where we would normally stay. It was however comfortable, functional, quiet, and in walking distance to a supermarket. Most places within Bunbury were within a 10 minute drive. Well suited to small families with extra space / separate bedrooms, and easy to prepare your own meals. ”

“This is a lovely secure townhouse in a great location, we stayed for 2 weeks and the beds were super comfortable the amenities were great everything was clean and the internet was excellent for the kids and their entertainment, will definitely stay again.”

“Dirty inside and out. Locked windows without keys so no ventilation to bedrooms. Dead house plants. Damaged vinyl floor a trip hazard. Broken screen doors. Fat dripping out of range hood onto cooktop. Rat poo on the Barbie. No reply to phone calls or emails. ”

“The house was perfect for our family trip. So spacious and clean. Toys for the kids to play with and bikes to cycle down to the jetty. Perfect location as its 5 minute walk to the beach. ”

“Jacaranda Cottage is welllocated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My dogs loved running around in the big back yard. We especially loved the super comfy beds! ”

“The house was perfect for our stay in Busselton. We spent time with a relative in the hospital and this location was within 5 minutes walk, making it very convenient. The house was tidy and had all we needed for the duration of the stay. Thank you. ”

“The property outside was untidy, gardens need work etc, the house inside was okay perhaps a bit cluttered. The Managers of this house are totally unprofessional, continuing to email and text with instructions to do things around the place. They also use a 3rd party to try to obtain personal details about proposed guests. They demand copies of passports and drivers licences which I refused to give, they then threaten to deny access even though all monies had been paid. There was a lot of partly...
