“Great family pre Christmas get together. Very pleasant house. Enough of everything from seating to kitchenware and cleaning products.Lost a star because the site says in several places that there is a pool on the property, which was one of the features we were looking for. A bird bath does not qualify as a pool. ”

Even better were our hosts David and Lindy who went out of their way to obtain help for me when I fell ill during the night and required hospitalization. The following day, David drove my partner to the hospital to pick me up. A stay at The Laurels is like visiting with old friends, sitting in the living room with other guests of an evening with a glass of wine and a selection of snacks. Breakfast could not have been better....
