“booked the resort due vibe and on the beach location. was not disappointed with location, super nice and relaxed. hotel is a good 3hours drive from airport(bali traffic is terrible) but once there its worth it. we got upgraded to a villa on the upper part. if possible thats where i want tobatay again . super nice area with an infinity pool and lots of greenery. hotel has good terms for workers with healthcare so feels like a decent place! I would stay again for sure..in the villa. its a bit far...

“The hotel is nice with nicely decorated rooms and good breakfast but it was SO FREAKING NOISY in the morning which is crazy considering it was at the end of the street??? Anyways. There were loud vehicles RIGHT OUTSIDE the rooms early and the morning and some type of construction going on that kept waking us up (had climbed Ijen the night before so really needed the sleep) the welcome drink was AMAZING! Grab doesn’t really work so bring cash!!”

“The rooms are nice, bathrooms as well with a window! Local breakfast is great, western so-so. Pool needs a clean, it's foggy. Small fitness room, ping-pong and pool is awesome. And it's not the hotels fault it's 3 mosques in the neighborhood, but that wakes You up 4.30 every morning and goes on for 3 hours non-stop... It's a big minus because it's impossible to sleep! Sorry, but I have to be honest. It's way too loud and no one can escape... ”

“The staff was very unhelpful. Starting with not helping with bags or anything else. If you wanted to order anything from the restaurant you had to walk to them as they didn't pay attention to you. The food including the breakfast was one of the worst i had in Bali on my three long visits. The room had a paper thin straw wall. I could hear my neighbor like he was in my room. “Fist the road leading to the property is nothing short of dangerous. Save yourself the injury and either walk down and up or just don't book this place. The owner is a weird man that will try to charge you extra for everything. I asked for a pool towel and he told me it would be a $3 charge per day to use a pool towel!! The sheets had hair on them.
