“booked the resort due vibe and on the beach location. was not disappointed with location, super nice and relaxed. hotel is a good 3hours drive from airport(bali traffic is terrible) but once there its worth it. we got upgraded to a villa on the upper part. if possible thats where i want tobatay again . super nice area with an infinity pool and lots of greenery. hotel has good terms for workers with healthcare so feels like a decent place! I would stay again for sure..in the villa. its a bit far...

“The hotel is nice with nicely decorated rooms and good breakfast but it was SO FREAKING NOISY in the morning which is crazy considering it was at the end of the street??? Anyways. There were loud vehicles RIGHT OUTSIDE the rooms early and the morning and some type of construction going on that kept waking us up (had climbed Ijen the night before so really needed the sleep) the welcome drink was AMAZING!

And it's not the hotels fault it's 3 mosques in the neighborhood, but that wakes You up 4.30 every morning and goes on for 3 hours non-stop...

“Heel vriendelijk personeel! Prachtige locatie, het uitzicht vanop je platform is niet altijd zoals op de foto’s. De plastic is ook een beetje verkleurd dus dit weerhoudt het uitzicht ook wat. Houdt er rekening mee dat er in de jungle natuurlijk veel insecten zijn, deze kunnen ook op je kamer zitten omdat de planken vrij open zijn en de deur is niet helemaal tot op de grond. The property manager and staff are very helpful. The only minus is the beach, which is quite unusable due to rubbish. You can walk on the beach but you cannot really sun bath or swim. "WOW! couldn't have asked for a better hotel, service or location. Everything was absolutely perfect, truly a hotel I would recommend to anyone. Gorgeous pools, Seaview, restaurants. An extra plus was the morning Wellness activities like yoga and breath work in the chapel overlooking the sea.
The staff are also incredible, they all knew our name as soon as we arrived. Very professional and service minded. I felt like a queen. I would love to stay here again. I understand why they have guest staying here for their 5th or 10th time.

"At first glance the place looked great and met our expectations. However after checking in and seeing our rooms and the different facilities we were a bit disappointed.
The reception staff we talked to initially was very nonchalant and we did not feel welcomed. The rooms are worn by age and it is obvious the place has seen better days. If you want a cozy, relaxing jungle visit I suggest a more modern resort. If you want more action I suggest booking something closer to Ubud as the daily shuttle service is always delayed by traffic."
