“Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end. After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning. It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help. Take a pic of the minibar before and after!
"The room was ok, nothing spectacular. When leaving, we were unfairly accused of drinking beverages from the mini bar in the room. Just the accusation was unpleasant but the tone of the receptionist made it worse and affected the whole experience of the stay. We felt very uncomfortable and put in the spot by the hotel staff without a real reason for it. "
