Overall an enjoyable stay. A nice location, walking distance to the old town, very nice pool and beach. There’s a lot of disposable plastic usage (though I didn’t see any waste on the beach at least). On the other hand bedsheets weren’t changed throughout the duration of our stay (5 nights), which is a long time for a beach hotel. There was no laundry service as advertised which was something that we specifically checked for when packing for our trip. The room did have a drying rack though for some hand washing. We went for the family suite in hopes of letting the baby have a bit of her own space to sleep, but that space wasn’t big enough for the crib (with the bunk beds). That wasn’t a big deal though, we could still use the space in other ways. It was also a little silly to have a baby wear the all inclusive bracelet, but whatever.

Hôtel situé au début de Sunny beach, sur un promontoire. Plage à 300/400m. Établissement de 200 chambres. Bien entretenu, literie et équipements de la chambre top. La terrasse autour de la piscine est petite pour un hôtel sans accès à la plage. Les 150 transats sont tous collés les uns et autres. Et il en manque beaucoup en saison... Pas très agréable cette promixite. La notion "tout compris" est limitée. Les bars ne sont jamais ouverts en même temps, et il n'y qu'un serveur par bar... Résultat : attente très longue. Uniquement vin et bière à la tireuse, et les cocktails sont des sodas avec une goutte d'alcool. Buffets également simplifiés, pizzas, pâtes, et 2 ou 3 plats chaud. Pas de hamburger et rarement du poisson. Animations médiocres. 2 fois 30 mn à la piscine et 1 h en soirée. Dans sa grande majorité, le personnel n'est ni souriant ni accueillant. C'est pas une ambiance chaleureuse du tout. Mais dans l'ensemble c'est un séjour satisfaisant, sachant que la Bulgarie n'est pas un pays festif, mais idéal pour les familles. Hôtel propre, bien entretenu, chambres confortables.
