âGreat family that runs it. Took me in in the middle of the night soaking wet and frozen from riding. Literally got out of bed to check me in! So nice and friendly!â
âAt check-in I was given key cards that didn't work. Then I found out the room was occupied. Another employee said they make mistakes like that all the time. Was given a new room. I was given a Gatorade for the inconvenience.
Knock at the door at 10:50 pm by "housekeeping" (it was the barkeep). They opened the door before I could get to the door. They said it was to see if the room was occupied
Had to ask for more towels. Never delivered.

âThis Holiday Inn thought of everything that was needed in the room to make every moment a comfortable stay. Whether it was the roomy bathroom; the 'on the wall' mirror; the full-length mirror; the 'real' iron and ironing board; the cared for rug on the floor; the wonderful mattress; and the overall design of the room; everything was 'just right'. Every person on the staff was professional, friendly and accommodated every need that I had.â
âI had a fantastic experience at this hotel! They were incredibly accommodating and helpful when I ran into an issue with another hotel. The place is clean, and the service is exceptionally friendly. I'd absolutely stay here again. Definitely a 5-star experience!â
âNĂ€r vi öppnade rumsdörren luktade det tobaksrök trots att rummet var rökfritt. Klagade och fick till svar att "gĂ€sterna röker trots förbudet och det kan inte jag hjĂ€lpa". Frukostutrymmet bestod av 2 bord och vi fick panikĂ€ta vĂ„r frukost för att andra skulle kunna sitta. SkrĂ€pigt och ostĂ€dat i gĂ„ngarna till rummen.â
âThe property is outdated, but it was incredibly clean and the staff was very kind. I arrived late in the evening and the man at the front desk greeted me kindly and had everything ready to go for me. The hotel is hard to find, but luckily I had read the reviews that itâs behind the Dunkin. I appreciated having the Dunkin so close. Hotel is close to the highway so very easy to get on and off for travelers. â
âI rarely get to stay in a nice hotel. Wonderful room. Pleasant staff. No shady characters hanging around. Convenient to everywhere I needed to go.â
