“We had a great stay over memorial day weekend! Check in and check out was one of the easiest processes of any BNB I've stayed at. Great convenient location with easy walking distance to the T and Collete Bakery. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is, but that's not really a big deal. We had no issues at all and the host was very communicative with us! Highly recommend for a stay in Boston!”

“We enjoyed our stay overall — the location was great and the space had potential — but we were a bit disappointed given the price we paid. The home could really use a deeper clean and some upkeep. There were spider webs in corners, the floors weren’t very clean, and the upstairs walls had quite a few markings. “The property was very clean. It was a little drafty (we were there in winter) and to adjust the heat we would have had to contact the host. House was super comfortable, had everything we needed. Host was super responsive. Everything was easy to find. Parking was good, location was good. We stayed in winter so can’t comment on the beach experience. Playground super nearby which is great for kids. ”

“Very clean, the host was very responsive. There is no TV and there is no coffee pot. It sleeps 4 but the 2nd bed is the futon and there is no where else to sit if the futon is pulled out into a bed. We made it work and are happy with our stay ”

“Wonderful host. Easy check in. House very roomy and comfortable. Great for family gatherings and furry friends. Great trail to walks your dogs right next to the house.
