“Room was large and clean with a bath and shower. The hotel is in a beautiful village next to the river and many lovely walks. Evening meal was excellent, as was breakfast. All the staff were great with Naomi going above and beyond.”

“This was our first time visiting the White Lion and it won’t be our last. The room was beautiful with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Sadly we were late arriving and didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant but if the following morning’s breakfast is anything to go by I’m sure that it will be excellent. All of the staff that we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. It was a brief but great stay”
