“The attention to detail is so lovely. Everyone was really helpful and we enjoyed the food, the surroundings and the spa. A really beautiful getaway. The female members of staff had to put up with a pretty misogynistic guest while we were there (which we witnessed at breakfast) and they kept their cool and handled his rudeness with grace and patience. A lot of friendly professionals work here and you can see they put love into their work! ”

“We arrived early and we were kindly allowed use of the spa, pools, sauna and steam room. Service is second to none. We would have liked to have eaten at Sean Rankin’s restaurant but, unfortunately there was a wedding being held there. Our meal in Fletchers was very good. Our (cosy) room was on the top floor but next to the lift, which was fortunate. Everything was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very efficient room service. ”

“Trevligt hotell med fin utsikt mot floden. Sköna sĂ€ngar och rymligt rum. Trevlig personal och helt ok frukost. Hotellet hade bra lĂ€ge precis mittemot stationen varifrĂ„n det ocksĂ„ gick bussar till t.ex. Grassington och Malham. Det enda negativa var att hissen var ur funktion samt att det var bröllop ena kvĂ€llen och dĂ„ var det mycket högljutt fram till midnatt.”
