The Space:

Stepping into this countryside retreat, you’ll instantly feel at ease. Set on 52 acres of private land in the heart of the Margaret River wine region’s ‘Golden Triangle,’ this property combines tranquillity with unparalleled access to local attractions—including the beach, parklands and walking tracks.



Inside, the chalet has been thoughtfully designed with fine furnishings and unique touches, including a baby grand piano. The welcoming lounge is perfect for relaxation by the log-burning fire, while the well-equipped kitchen ensures you have everything needed to whip up meals at home. Dine inside or step out to the spacious veranda stretching the front of the chalet to enjoy an alfresco meal while soaking up sweeping views of the dam and countryside. A BBQ grill caters to summer cook-ups, while a fire pit encourages nights cosied up under the stars.



The home offers three welcoming bedrooms, each with a private ensuite for added comfort and convenience. The primary and second bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third bedroom includes two single beds—ideal for families or friends. The primary ensuite includes a bathtub for a relaxing soak; please note that the spa function is not operational.



Additional amenities include in-unit laundry, ample driveway parking and WiFi to ensure connectivity.



Several of our holiday homes are located close together in the same area just off Caves Road, centred around a peaceful lake. This makes them ideal for larger groups or families travelling together, allowing guests to stay nearby while still enjoying their own space. Guest Access:

Charlie Bravo Chalet is ideally located in Wilyabrup, right in the heart of Margaret River’s renowned "Golden Triangle" wine region. Just minutes by car, you’ll find standout wineries including Cherubino Wines (1.2km), Stormflower Vineyard (1.1km), as well as iconic estates like Vasse Felix and Cullen Wines, both just a short drive away. For dining, enjoy a memorable experience at Wills Domain, known for its elevated menu and sweeping vineyard views.



Getting Around:

Parking: Ample parking is provided on-site.



Airport: Margaret River Airport is a 39-minute drive away.



Public transport: There are no public transport options nearby.

A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores. Please be aware of fire bans, as the fire pit cannot be utilised during this time.
