NY PRIS FÖR TILLGÄNGLIGA DATUM!

'Cabin Branch' är ett timmerhus i Mt. Mitchell Lands, intill Mt. Mitchell Golf Course och vid foten av Mt. Mitchell. Det är tvärs över gatan från floden Toe. Bara längs vägen från huset ligger nationalparken, med vandringsleder och magnifik natur. Fastigheten ligger bara två mil från Blue Ridge Parkway, med tillgång till Asheville, Little Switzerland, Blowing Rock och andra attraktioner bara några minuter bort.

Stugan ligger på en trädbevuxen tomt med utsikt över en bergsström med flera vattenfall, under säsongen, vilket ger vacker musik och komfort från 10 fot med 36 fot skärmad veranda. Stugan har ett gourmetkök med granitbänk, spis, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och kyl med dubbeldörr. Det finns en ätbar som skiljer köket från matsalen, och ett stort vardagsrum / matsal stort rum med sten spis. Öppen spis har gasblockar. Sovrummet är 20 X 16 har privat badrum och stor garderob, andra sovrummet är också stort med gott om vägg i garderober och bredvid andra badrum. Varje sovrum har en queen size-säng och är vackert inredda med komplett sängkläder. Köket har matlagningsmaterial och redskap. Stugan har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare för att göra en semester vistelse så bekväm som möjligt. Kabel-TV finns också i både det stora rummet och sovrummet, alla med DVD-spelare. Den avskärmade verandan har också ett fel för sömn. Det finns också Wi-Fi i kabinen.

Cabin was cozy and just what I needed after a long day on the Black Mountain Crest Trail. I'm a hiker and the location to some major trailheads was key in choosing a location. Also a couple of short waterfall hikes in the area!Definitely would stay here in the future!

The house was not cleaned. No beds made. No bathrooms cleaned. Called host and he stated he was told we would not arrive until the next day. I sent him our confirmation showing the days scheduled. He stated someone would by the next day to clean no one came.

Really close Mount Matthews. In view of the Black Mountain Range. Secluded cabin with an awesome screened in porch overlooking a creek that's right on there property. Spacious, but not extravagant. The owner is very kind and easy going. Cannot recommend this place enough.

The ad said a gas fireplace will be working in October and it wasn't. None of the outside lights worked, we had a dog with us and luckily we bought a flashlight, We know it wasn't they're fault but the house smelled like a dead mouse. Other than that the house was ok,

Cabin was everything we were hoping for and more! The home is very clean, cozy, nicely decorated, and close to fun activities. We hiked to see nearby Roaring Fork waterfall which is beautiful and well worth visiting, played golf in Spruce Pines at Grassy Creek Club and after explored cute Burnsville. We also went kayaking/canoeing with NC Outdoor Adventures which was a terrific experience. I highly recommend Cabin Branch! The home and property (babbling brook and rhododendrons) are lovely. It exceeded our expectations, and we hope to be back soon for another relaxing getaway. I’ve included a picture of the upstairs bedroom.

Loved the cabin. Very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely deck and wonderful covered porch. Rain storms with some sun for our short visit made the adjacent creek sing which really topped off our visit.

The property itself is beautiful, a lovely house. But it's clear it's not regularly maintained, and it's not easily accessible to hiking trails, etc. as the listing suggested. The local golf course is closed (permanently by the sounds of it), numerous businesses, the Mt. Mitchell campground access, and the immediate accesses to the Blue Ridge Parkway are currently closed as well. You have to drive well out of your way to get to see nature at the moment. We understand there was a hurricane a year ago and the area is still recovering, but the listing for this property promised the opposite. The property itself needs improvement. There were sheets provided, but no sheets on the bed? I've never paid to stay anywhere that made me put sheets on the bed. There's a clear cleanliness issue - the inside of the house, as well as the screened in porch, reeked of animal urine, presumably from whoever had dogs there before we did. We spent time airing the place out and putting some freshener on the carpets. The whole place needs a deep clean, there are cobwebs and spiders all over - it's just clear theres not much work being put into the property when it comes to guests staying. We suspect there might be rodents in the house. There's a light switch for each individual light, and they're difficult to navigate. I'd suggest spending less time on fabric softeners and tephlon pans, and instead do a deep clean of the place for future guests.

Very nice cabin. Well maintained and furnished. We had an issue with the coffee machine and our host bought and delivered ia new one within a few hours. Customer service at its best! Would recommend to anyone. We may go back in the winter just to use the fireplace.

Lovely log home in a beautifully forested area with a babbling brook running by. Very quiet and peaceful with good access to hiking to lovely sites. The art and collectibles within the home are very interesting, and all the conveniences needed are furnished. Great place for a great price. We’ll certainly be back!

Family Vacation

My husband, teen son, and I stayed for 4 days and had a wonderful time! The property is a perfect sanctuary with a creek to listen to and beautiful foliage all around. The house is beautiful and extremely well kept, providing everything we needed. We enjoyed hiking the nearby falls everyday and exploring nearby Burnsville and Little Switzerland. We will definitely rent this property again!

My daughters and I had a great time the scenery is beautiful. We had to change plans due to the aftermath of Helen. There are still a lot of closures in the area and saying that the property was in good shape The house was comfortable and clean and about 30 minutes from town which is what we wanted .

Awesome cabin

The cabin is easy to find yet remote enough to feel like you are in the mountains. Was hoping for the stream to be a bit larger,but made up in the sound of the water.So peaceful. Only one thing needs to be changed at the cabin

Everything at the property is great except for the toilet in the upstairs bathroom. It should be replaced with a chair height toilet!! Would be easier to use for someone who has bad knees or is elderly!! Other than that everything is pretty much perfect!!

Golf Getaway

The cabin was beautiful and well-stocked. We had some questions, and Ron was very helpful. We had hoped to golf at the nearby course, but didn’t realize it wouldn’t be open until June due to damage from Hurricane Helene. Found a really nice golf course about 30 minutes away in Spruce Pine. We even saw a bear when we were taking our dog for a walk.
