“This was a 3-generation family gathering, so 10 adults (20-70), 2 teens, and 3 children (11, 9, 3). “This property has a beautiful view of the country side and has plenty of areas of seating both inside and out. The location is on a secluded road so you need a car and a brave driver. We hooked up with John's taxi and he is a great guy to get you around and back and forth at a reasonable rate so no need to drive if you don't want to!”

The showers were particularly nice - hot and great water pressure - and you appreciate this all the more if you’ve spent the day out in the wind and rain. A short drive to Doolin and the Cliffs. "We really enjoyed our stay, especially the nice breakfast selection and the convenience of having both restaurants and vending machines. Less convenient: Only two elevators and the stairs were not very easy to find, adding some waiting time in the morning when everyone is going to breakfast at the same time. Also swimcaps were needed in the pool which you had to pay for (3Euro, mainly inconvenient since we had to run back to the room). On the other hand, the pool and especially the outdoor jacuzzi (nice and properly warm) were great. "
