The house provides all the necessities, the ground level porch is a great place to gather, and having access to the lake makes for a perfect place to stay with our family. “The property is pretty private and about 5 mins from the water and 5 mins from a Dollar General. The pool wasn’t very clean but the property and house were fine. The gas grill in the pictures is no longer there - it’s a smaller charcoal pit. And the pool net in the same picture is no longer there. ”

“We are only 2 hours away from Rockin Star, but this was just far enough to get out of the city & enjoy the quiet & slower pace of the hill country. We enjoyed the pool each evening & it was very relaxing. Darrell Sr & Jr were super friendly & helpful with the ins & outs of the property, and Darrell Sr showed us around the property. We were just there for a weekend getaway, but it’s a great place for a family reunion or wedding. ”

“Everything was Super! We had such a good time and this house was the perfect place. We didn't leave and had a blast together hanging out, resting, playing games, hot tubbing. The host was really nice. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked with spices and other generous provisions that were accessible to all guests.
