The hotel is truly serene—quiet, relaxing, and beautifully surrounded by nature, creating the perfect environment to unwind. The hygiene standards are outstanding. Without a doubt, this is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, is impeccably maintained, reflecting a genuine commitment to excellence. The food is another highlight. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and prepared to a very high standard. The swimming pool is spotless, well maintained, and provides a wonderful place to relax. What truly sets Serena Hotel Kampala apart, however, is the people. The service is exceptional. Every member of staff was warm, professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and memorable.
