We used the common living area, in the morning, which had comfortable decor and wonderful local art, with the artist being the host. Away from the bustle of the main tourist area, but within easy walking distance. A most enjoyable stay.”

“Like being home when you're away. Nice room with microwave, fridge and free wi-fi. Breakfast is served in the morning. Yoghurt, toast, jam, coffee and tea. The owners are very friendly and are keen that you have the best experience you can get while in the region. Located in the wine district so it's just a few minutes drive to tasting experience Only negative side is that you cannot find a restaurant that is open near the hotel after 5 o'clock”

“Lovely accommodation and location for a mid week mini break. Louise & Chris are very welcoming and helpful hosts. Breakfast in the dining room had lots of choices. Late afternoon was spent both days enjoying the garden views and birds and after dinner in the local brewery we relaxed in the shared loungeroom reading some of the many books available. The large garden was a real treat and even more so our timing to see the masses of monarch butterflies in the flowering trees. A very memorable...
