Casa de Reis is a brand new 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the heart of Dunsborough Lakes, designed with families and groups in mind. Sleeping up to 8 guests, it combines modern comfort with plenty of space, just a 7-minute stroll to the iconic Simmo’s Ice Creamery.

The open-plan living and dining area is the heart of the home, with a cosy fireplace where you can unwind with a glass of local wine or gather with friends after a day out. The fully equipped kitchen flows into a large scullery, offering extra bench space and storage, making meal preparation easy for groups or longer stays.

Accommodation includes three queen bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with a tri-bunk (double below, single above). The master suite features its own ensuite bathroom, while the family bathroom offers a full bathtub – perfect for soaking or bathing little ones. A separate laundry with washer and dryer adds everyday convenience.

Step outside to a secure backyard with a trampoline for the kids, outdoor dining setting, and gas BBQ for relaxed evenings. Inside, ducted air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round, while Wi-Fi and TV provide entertainment when you’re indoors.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
