The Space:

Welcome to this retreat, a two-storey house with polished concrete floors and vibrant contemporary art. Relax in the living room, complete with an oversized L-shaped sofa, a smart TV, and a double-sided fireplace that sets the tone for intimate nights. Escape to the nook beneath the floating staircase to enjoy a casual movie on the wall-mounted TV.



Prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and a stone island with bar stools for casual bites. Gather around the wooden dining table for eight, surrounded by bold artwork that adds a personal touch. Transform the versatile nook behind the dining table into a workspace or an elegant serving station, featuring a built-in desk, rustic chairs and curated décor. Step onto the covered alfresco dining area featuring a timber table for eight and a gas BBQ in a fully enclosed garden with lush grass— a safe play area for children.



Designed for privacy and comfort, the home features three bedrooms downstairs and a primary suite upstairs, with ceiling fans in every room. Unwind in the primary suite, stretching out on the king bed or sinking into the recliner with a great book. Refresh in the spa-like ensuite, where dual rainfall showers and a freestanding soaking tub offer the perfect way to end your day. Escape to the second queen-sized bedroom downstairs, watching your favourite shows on the wall-mounted TV, or refreshing in the second ensuite after a long day. Settle into bedrooms three and four, each featuring a queen bed and built-in wardrobe. Indulge in a relaxing soak in the main bathroom’s freestanding bathtub or rinse off in the sleek shower. Keep things clean with a well-equipped laundry featuring a washer and a dryer located in the garage for added convenience.

Getting Around:

Parking: There are two free parking spots in the garage, and additional spaces are available on the driveway.



Airport: 35 minutes drive from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



Public Transport: There are no public transport options nearby.

A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.
