âOh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. For the adventurous traveller only. â
âThe room was nice, clean, large, quiet, and comfortable; also had great air conditioning. Hotel is right next to a market and juice stand, and walking distance to main strip. Manager/owner was friendly, and helped us find parking. Itâs a boutique, so there is no front desk to check in or check out; knock on office door to get your door code, and there is no check-out. Check-in and check-out instructions could be more clear, but it wasnât a big problem. â
âAnhand der Adresse gut zu finden. Allerdings kein Schild oder Hinweis am Haus mit der Bezeichnung Guest house Orlihome oder wo und wie man sich bemerkbar machen soll. Offensichtlich handelt es sich um Apartments in einem Mietshaus. Wir mussten anrufen. Der Vermieter kam dann binnen weniger Minuten. Ein Hinweis in der Buchung, dass man anrufen muss, wĂ€re gut. Zimmer mit kleiner KĂŒche und Bad war an sich ok. Preis war aber schon recht ordentlich. Leider haben wir abends in der KĂŒche Kakerlaken...
âPlace not so expensive but amazing. Has laundry and drier. Has kitchen with big fridge, microwave, water boiler, utensils, plates, I think has portable single cookware. Good AC. Nice bathroom too. Owner was very responsive. Youâll need to have WhatsApp to better communicate with owner though.

âThe owner of this Place was wonderfully kind and helpful! We were hungry and he drove us to the best pizzaplace. We were thirsty and he gave us the best tasting wine we could just Dream of! To this Place we will definitely return. Highly recommendable!!!â
âWonderful and affordable. Location is great, right near buses and funicular (also near lots of great restaurants and bars). Room was spacious, clean and had brand new furniture. Bathrooms and Kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was available on-site behind a security gate. â
âI really liked the hotel, the rooms are huge and very nice, the hotel is very clean and generally very pleasant. The breakfast is pretty good. There's also plenty of parking, though can get a bit tough when it's busiest.
My only problem with the hotel (though minor) is that there are only 2 small elevators that is not sufficient for the amount of guests that the hotel is designed for.
I highly recommend this hotel, had a great stay there.â
