“booked the resort due vibe and on the beach location. was not disappointed with location, super nice and relaxed. hotel is a good 3hours drive from airport(bali traffic is terrible) but once there its worth it. we got upgraded to a villa on the upper part. if possible thats where i want tobatay again . super nice area with an infinity pool and lots of greenery. hotel has good terms for workers with healthcare so feels like a decent place! I would stay again for sure..in the villa. its a bit far...

“The hotel is nice with nicely decorated rooms and good breakfast but it was SO FREAKING NOISY in the morning which is crazy considering it was at the end of the street??? Anyways. There were loud vehicles RIGHT OUTSIDE the rooms early and the morning and some type of construction going on that kept waking us up (had climbed Ijen the night before so really needed the sleep) the welcome drink was AMAZING! Grab doesn’t really work so bring cash!!”

“I would give the hotel staff a five star rating! Super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The spa treatments were amazing!! However, even though the hotel is only a couple of years old our room had already started to smell mold. The bathroom had ventilation, but it stopped when turning the lights of. “I spent 2 nights with my family (2 adults 2 kids 8 and 10 yo). The houses were built in high quality materials and attention was w to the fournitures design. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. There is even a bath 🛁 the bed is surrounded by a full mosquito net which makes it very comfortable to sleep under. One doesn’t feel the net. “Incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Villa Putih was very comfortable. Any issues were fixed immediately. Needed some cold and flu relief and the staff helped us aquire some in no time. Food was delicious. Pool not too deep for our 8 and 10 year old boys. We will miss this place and its gorgeous sunsets. “Only 7 cabins so it is very quiet and peaceful. Floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous views. The staff are very attentive to every need, even coming to the cabin when they changed water filters to make sure we didn’t drink the water until it was tested. Would definitely go back!”

“It's a beautiful newish property with spectacular views!! It was clean and staff was super helpful and friendly. The only negative is that it is hard to find - no signs on main street and kind of bad path off the main road. The outside of the property seems to be worked on still so hopefully it will all be resolved once finished. Also not much to do right around there - but that is probably the case for many places around Bali.”
