We were able to visit waterfalls, the alpine coaster, GrandFather Mountain and App State! Home is very clean, comfortable and the hot tub is amazing! The deer on the property are friendly too.”

“Our stay at the Honey Bear house was magical. The house had a stunning view of the mountains, had all the amenities as advertised, and was really comfortable! We felt on top of the world, yet had all sorts of hiking, a grocery store and other local amenities within a 10 mile radius. The hosts were super responsive to questions from booking to past checkout. We’ll be back to Honey Bear for sure!”

“Cute and cozy cabin! Tucked enough away to enjoy the peace and wildlife of the woods, yet so convenient to Beech Mountian Resort. Located right off the road which allowed us ease of access despite a surprise snow falling and not having a 4x4 vehicle. Our children absolutely loved the spacious attic, so fun! I would caution booking with smaller children (younger than 5) due to the steep stairs and overlook from the attic. A great home base for a winter mountain trip, we would definitely stay...

“This is such a great cabin; all the little decor touches were awesome "Go Vults". The kitchen was a great space for multiple things to be going on at once. We had a couple of issues, and I sincerely believe what happened was, that we were the first people to stay in the cabin after being closed up for the winter, and instead of the housekeeper giving it a deep spring cleaning, she just did a quick wipe down.
