“Great location! Shopping, restaurants and movie theater all within walking distance. Very clean! Nice staff. Especially the ladies during breakfast! We plan to make this our main plaice to stay when we travel to Baltimore to visit our daughter in college”

“There was a fridge in the room but no microwave. The A/C was off, the room was stuffy. It was loud when turned on and it took almost the entire stay to get the room temperature decent. The A/C stayed loud for the whole visit. Balcony had no chairs unlike other rooms so was useless. It really could have been better. Best thing about the room was the size of the shower.”

“The manager was phenomenal on checking us in but the ac did not work and I called 3 times and nothing was done”

“Air in room was minimum. Very hot. Tv kept losing signal. Bathroom sink drain not working properly.”

“The in-room smoke detector had a very bright light that blinked all night long. It made it challenging to fall asleep. Beds were comfortable with soft sheets. Breakfast was decent.”

“The room was clean. The breakfast was the same every day, would have been nice to have some different options throughout a week long stay. The cleaning staff came in even though we had Do Not Disturb on our door and accidentally took some stuff that was in the bedding. The manager was able to get it back for us though.”

“The wifi sucks in there. If you have any device that needs to run on wifi or say example your phone is off and you need to text or u need hotspot etc, the wifi is extremely slow and poor. Their breakfast is only coffee in the morning. They do have a pool outside. The front desk agent was rude and shooed me away when i asked does the vending machines in the lobby take card. They don't take card only cash so fyi. Rooms like look nothing like they do online. Its a McDonalds across the street from...

“Staff wasn’t helpful at all. We asked for a loading cart and had to wait for 30 minutes and still didn’t get it. The room had bugs and we had to go to Target across the street for bug spray and the sheets were stain with black crust or something. And they also had a wedding there that made it very unpleasant due to the wedding party was very loud and rude.”
