“the room was great, clean and the amenities were up to date, the staff was amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the shuttle drivers were polite and helpful. the fact that there was a free shuttle willing to take you anywhere within 3 miles of the school was very accommodating. the breakfast buffet was delicious this will definitely be my go to hotel for Baltimore”

“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”
