âOur stay at the Springwater Inn was excellent with clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff and the complimentary breakfast. The check in and check out process has been fast as well. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and enjoyable. â
âStayed in a one bedroom suite with my partner and two teenage daughters. The hotel location is very close to Ithaca, Cornell University, Ithaca Falls and so many other scenic areas. I also love how there was a free buffet breakfast included in the room rate. The breakfast station attendee, Tanisha, was fantastic and she made sure the food was refilled quickly and the coffee was hot and fresh. All of the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly! "I stayed for four nights and I do not recommend this hotel. The room and hotel was overall dirty and had a very funky smell that sticked to everything that was in the room. Further, the toilet clogged the first night and was not repaired until the third day (even though notice was given to the reception), entailing that I had to use the toilet in the reception for two days. When informing the reception the first time, they responded "it is common, try to flush". Also, I am pretty sure that I did not have fresh sheets in my rooms as I found several dark hairs in the bed (not my hair colour). I further tried to contact the hotel before my stay both via hotels.com and by a form on their website, but I did not receive any response. The breakfest was very poor. However, the wifi was good!"
