âNo customer care at all, We didnât understand each other because they donât speak English but atleast they could assign someone who can communicate in English
My friend and I slept at the reception because they didnât give us the information about the key and we call the customer service number the whole night and no one ever picked at the same time no one was around the hotel ..How come at the hotle all the staffs left ??I was very disappointed with the service â
âVi blev mycket vĂ€l omhĂ€ndertagna pĂ„ detta motell. Fint lĂ€ge vid en park med fina promenad vĂ€gar. Frukosten var utöver det vanliga, mycket gott att vĂ€lja pĂ„. Hit Ă„ker vi gĂ€rna igen.â

The bed was very comfortable, and I had a surpisingly good sleep despite the very short stay.

âThe staff here were the best. Each staff member we spoke with helped us storing our bags, finding a place to eat and getting the best rate for transportation. Our room was comfortable and clean. A little tight of a squeeze some mornings but not a big deal. Very quiet inside the hotel and in the area. The bus line is right outside the door and walkable to many places. Please try the Italian restaurant next to the gelato shop and pharmacy. The food is excellent and they have a menu in English! â
âAfter a warm welcome and really full service help concerning an early train ride the following morning I got upgraded to a suite.
Everything was in excellent condition and the staff attentive and professional. The breakfast was a dream and all egg dishes made to order, served on a hot plate. Included in the breakfast price. The machine making fresh orangejuice have to be my personal favorite. â
âDas Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer und das Badezimmer sehr groĂ und sauber. Die Betten sehr groĂ und gemĂŒtlich. Es passt alles. Nur mĂŒsste mal der Teppichboden ausgetauscht werden und im Badezimmer eine Dusche statt Badewanne eingebaut werden. Ich werde immer wieder in diesem Hotel ĂŒbernachten.â

Bra frukost med yoghurt, fruktsallad, jĂ€ttegott mörkt bröd, olika varianter av löst te och kaffe som espresso el cappuccino. Ăggröra, korv och barnvĂ€nliga alternativ ocksĂ„.

"It was a long wait for the check-in and the young lady doing it did most of the things wrong. No one even asked to help with the luggage despite the fact that there was a staircase to the room and I had a big suitcase. The room looked dated, had a view over the fans on the yard and most of the lamps were unplugged and I had to crawl on the floor to put them in. The lock did not work so housekeeping and other staff came in 5 times when trying to dress. Next time, I will select another hotel in DĂŒsseldorf. This was a sad experience."
