A stunning wing of a house located just outside of Buxton town centre, providing spacious accommodation for all eight guests across four bedrooms each with their own en-suite.. Lower Ground Floor:

It is in the charming market town of Buxton, offering a luxurious and spacious retreat perfect for a memorable holiday. This grand residence boasts high ceilings and retains its original character, providing an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. The heart of the home is the kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, and oven. An island and a dining table that seats all guests make it an ideal space for communal cooking and dining. Through an archway, you’ll find the inviting sitting room, complete with an open fire and a smart TV, perfect for cosy evenings.

On the ground floor, a super king bedroom with an ensuite shower room awaits. This room can be arranged as a twin bedroom upon request, offering flexibility for your group. Ascending the wide staircase, you reach an open hallway that leads to three additional bedroom suites. The first features a super king bed, a dressing room, and an ensuite shower room, ensuring a private and luxurious experience. Another bedroom offers a super king bed that can be converted into two singles if needed, along with an ensuite bathroom that includes both a bath and a cubicle shower. The final bedroom on this floor has a king-size bed and includes both a bath and a cubicle shower.

The lower ground floor of Gadley House East Wing is designed for entertainment and relaxation, featuring a small bar area and an oak-panelled cinema room. There is also a beautiful conservatory (not heated). Outside, the property offers stunning views over the neighbouring golf course. The large lawned garden, and patio area with outdoor furniture, BBQ, and hot tub provide ample opportunities for outdoor enjoyment. There is parking available for up to four cars, making it convenient for larger groups.

Locally, Gadley House is just a 10-minute walk or a couple of minutes drive from Buxton’s town centre, where you can explore a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and cafes. The historic Buxton Opera House offers brilliant shows and performances, adding to the cultural experience or book a spa day at Buxton’s recently refurbished Crescent Spa for some true R&R. For those looking to explore further, there is a direct train to Manchester that takes less than an hour, making day trips easy. Amazing house

The house had so much space, all the rooms were big, everything was clean, had all the things you need. The garden area was really nice. Short walk into Buxton and a short drive away from lovely walks and things to go in the area. We had a really good time and would stay in the property again.
